If you have an account on the Rudra Coaching Center (RCC) app — as a student, parent/guardian, teacher, or staff member — you can request that your account and associated data be deleted at any time.
Account deletion is handled directly by our administrative staff rather than as a self-service in-app button, since accounts are tied to active enrollment records. To request deletion, contact us using any of the methods below:

Please include the student's or account holder's full name and phone number on file so we can locate the correct record. We'll confirm your identity before processing the request, to make sure we're not deleting someone else's data.
Once verified, we permanently delete:
Some records — such as historical fee payment records, attendance, and exam marks — may be retained for a limited period after deletion where needed for our own administrative or financial record-keeping (for example, fee receipts already issued). These records are not accessible through the app once your account is deleted, and are not shared with any third party.
We aim to process deletion requests within 7 business days and will confirm with you once complete.
