Rudra Coaching Center ("RCC", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy covers two things: the rudracoaching.in website, and the Rudra Coaching Center mobile app used by our enrolled students, parents, teachers, and staff.

Website

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect:

Your full name
Your phone number
Your child's grade/class (if provided)
Any message you choose to include

We do not collect this information anywhere else on the site. Simply browsing the site does not send us any personal information.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your admissions enquiry — by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.

How the enquiry form works

Our enquiry form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers your submission to our email inbox. Web3Forms may briefly process your data to deliver it to us and to filter spam (via hCaptcha). We don't control Web3Forms' own systems — you can read their privacy practices at web3forms.com.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. It does not use cookies or track you individually across websites — it only reports aggregate, anonymized traffic patterns.

Mobile App

Who the app is for

The RCC app is used by enrolled students and their parents/guardians, and by RCC's teaching and administrative staff, as part of their existing relationship with Rudra Coaching Center. It is not a public consumer app. Accounts are created and managed by RCC staff, not through open public sign-up.

What the app collects

Identity & contact information: student and parent/guardian name, phone number, address, and class/batch enrollment
ID card details: blood group, collected only for use on the student's physical ID card in case of a medical emergency
Attendance records: daily attendance marked by teachers per student
Academic records: assignments, homework submission status, exam marks, and study material/resource access
Fee and payment information: fee amounts due, payment records, and payment status. The app displays this information and generates receipts; it does not itself process card or bank payments
Photos: an optional profile photo, and optional homework-submission proof photos. Homework proof photos are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after submission; the submission record itself is kept, but the photo is not
Notices and communications: in-app notices posted by staff, and read receipts on those notices
Push notification token: a device identifier used solely to deliver app notifications (fee reminders, attendance alerts, notices) to the correct device
Account credentials: a securely hashed password; we do not store passwords in plain text

We do not collect location data, browsing history outside the app, or any information unrelated to school administration.

How the app uses this information

To operate core features: attendance tracking, assignments, exam marks, fee management, notices, and timetables
To send relevant push notifications (e.g. fee due reminders, absence alerts, new notices)
To generate PDF documents you request, such as fee receipts, ID cards, and report cards
To maintain an internal audit log of administrative actions for accountability within RCC's own staff

We do not sell, rent, or share this information with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes. We do not display third-party ads in the app.

Who can access app data

Access is role-based: students/parents see their own (or their child's) records; teachers see students in their assigned batches/subjects only; admin/staff have broader access needed to run day-to-day operations. All data is stored on our backend infrastructure and is not accessible to the general public or to other coaching centers.

Where app data is stored

App data is stored using Cloudflare's database and file storage services (D1 and R2), and push notifications are delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data-processing terms; we do not grant them rights to use your data for their own purposes.

Data retention

Homework-submission photos are deleted automatically 30 days after submission
Other academic and administrative records are retained for as long as needed for the student's enrollment and RCC's academic record-keeping obligations
Deleted records are soft-deleted and recoverable by an administrator for a period, after which they can be permanently purged

Children's information

Many of our students are minors. Student information in the app is provided and managed by RCC staff and parents/guardians as part of normal school administration — it is not collected directly from children through open sign-up, advertising, or any public-facing mechanism. Parents/guardians can contact us with any question or request regarding their child's data.

Your choices

You can request a correction to inaccurate information by contacting your RCC administrator or using the details below
Profile and homework photos are optional — the app's core features work without them
You can request deletion of information you've submitted through the website or app by contacting us; certain academic records may be retained as required for the student's official record

Security

Passwords are stored using secure hashing, not in plain text. Access to sensitive documents (ID cards, report cards) requires authentication. We take reasonable technical measures to protect information against unauthorized access, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
